By registering and using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

KreativLernen provides digital content in the form of courses, workshops, and community features. The courses promote creativity and collaborative learning. The exact content, scope, and access rights are transparently presented before booking.

The platform is operated with reasonable care. However, permanent, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance work and technical disruptions are possible.

You undertake to provide truthful information during registration and to keep your access data confidential. Use of the platform is only permitted for lawful purposes.

• You may not disrupt the community with offensive or unlawful contributions.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Cult Outlet GmbH is fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance you may regularly rely (cardinal obligations).

You can cancel your account at any time without stating a reason. Cancellation is possible by email to info@thecultoutlet.com. We reserve the right to block or delete your account without notice in the event of a violation of these terms or unlawful behavior.

Upon termination of use, your access rights to the platform expire. Amounts already paid for ongoing course bookings will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, provided the termination is not due to a reason for which you are responsible.
